Taste needs a bit of getting used to but it's alright. That being said, the worst thing to me is the lack of transparency from the company in terms of complete nutritional value and ingredients, which are only roughly listed, without even specifying percentage, EEA, etc.. all info that you would find in most (if not all) of the other brands. It basically just tells you "this is a mix of different proteins, eat it, it's good". Besides, customer service is absolutely no-existent, as I tried to contact them to ask for more info, but they never replied. I gave this product, and this company, a try but it's definitely a no for me. There are many companies out there with much higher value (and for pretty much the same money). Not worth it.

Really great service pretty much delivered the next day. Quality products. The cherry bakewell cream of rice is next level in flavour annd consistency, best I’ve ever had. also the chocolate orange whey protein isolate is top tier would recommend.

Complete Strength? More like Complete Lack of Customer Care. If there was an option for zero stars that would be more appropriate. They use a courier which claimed to have delivered my order. The courier they use does not have a contact number. I emailed telephoned and WhatsApp'd Complete Strength with no response. Eventually I received a photo supposedly "proving" I had received the goods. The photo was not of my house. Nor do I have neighbours within 1/2 mile of my house. Now that I have escalated this matter with my card provider there is fractionally more interest from CS - an email asking me amongst other things to declare that I will cooperate with the police! This is frankly farcical for a £42 order. No one at CS has even had the decency to pick up the phone and talk to me about this. I will never order from them again. A Complete Lack of Class and zero care for customers.

Bought protein for a second time and 2nd time got issue with delivery when it said it was delivered, but I haven’t received anything, probably was delivered somewhere or have no idea what happened. Anyways, didn’t liked the couriers company they send as it was unkown company i never heard of . You can’t contact couriers company or track it even if you have tracking nr. As the first order came with hermes no issues. Anyways, the customer service slow with responding , but issues were sorted out so nothing to blame. Had protein resent and received this time. Love the protein , looking forward to order again ofc just would like if they could use different couriers which easy to track and they do pics of receiving too. Anyways, positive feedback products are good and would recommend 👍
