I have used Liberty for several years…

I have used Liberty for several years and am pleased with results. However, I do get some irritation on the tip of my penis and have to skip a day or two to let the redness subside.

Poor performance

I have several difficulties with the product. I shower in the evening and attach the Liberty with an extra revolution of 1 1/2" tape. I have a problem with retraction and over half the time the unit comes off during the night, wetting the bed and me, even with the extra Next tape wrap. Only rarely does the unit stay attached for the promised 24 hours. I also regret losing the venting valve at the top, which often allowed me to drain the liquid from the tip of the unit before it would back up. It was easier when the faceplate was attached to the tube in the previous model. Also, the non-stinging BioPlus+ wipe really stings a lot.

A well-engineered, comfortable product -- but one caveat

A well-engineered, comfortable product. It didn't take long to learn how to use it easily, without accident. But one caveat: My most recent shipment has design change in the release valve at the bottom of the catchment bag and a different relief valve at the top. The result, at least in my limited experience with the new design, is that it takes longer to empty the bag. I like the old design better; but even with the new model, I'd hate to go back to soggy pads

Was suppose to get sample trail pack

Was suppose to get sample trail pack, but instead they sent a 90 day supply no trail. Billed Medicare over $2000 Then ask did I want to reorder. Never used any of their crap. No wonder insurance is so high, because of these companies working the system

My Men's Liberty keeps falling off any…

My Men's Liberty keeps falling off any time after 5 hours of wear time. I used to get 24 to 48 hours when I first started about 3 or 4 tears ago. The new heavier bag can trap the urine at the top of the bag. When I sit down, the warm urine can run back into the adhesive wrap softening up the adhesive enough to cause a leak. I have been wrapping the bottom edge of the Faceplate Strip with waterproof adhesive tape which prolongs the wear time. I always rinse out the used bag with warm water and I noticed that sometimes the rinse water also pools at the top of the bag and has to be squeezed out manually.
