I broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy A53, and initially had trouble finding a source for a genuine replacement part shipping to the UK. Some digging around online turned up this UK-based company I had never heard of before. They had the relevant genuine Samsung part in stock at what i believe is a very competitive price, but it was showing under two different part numbers. A quick email to them to enquire about the differences in part numbers, and I had a response within half an hour. Order placed yesterday, new screen received this morning, phone is repaired and up and running! Excellent service and a very comprehensive range of parts available. I've even recommended Headlane to a workmate already. I don't need mobile spares on a regular basis, but Headlane will definitely be my go-to supplier when I need parts in a hurry. Thank you!

They went above and beyond.

They went above and beyond. I've never had such great customer service and I've been using Amazon for years. Basically, I ordered stuff from Belgium as a company, which ended up being handled by the local post (Bpost), which is currently abusing its monopoly and charging 16€ plus tax to "handle customs", where usually expensive companies like Fedex take 6€. So I contact Headlane to see if they can do anything about it. They duplicated my order for free, sent it through their Dutch subsidiary, I ended up paying no tax (no tax should be due, as I ordered with a company) and nothing for the additional postage fees. In summary, they spent their own money to make sure I had the best customer experience, despite outrageous behaviour by the national belgian post which they were absolutely not responsible for. I offered multiple times to at least pay for the additional shipping costs but they refused. This is the least I could do.

Friendly and professional service
