If i could give it no stars at all i would. These presets do not work with Desktop at all

Excellent presets and the best service

There are so many great things to say about Flourish Presets. 1, there is such a great selection and a huge variety of presets to choose from! No matter what style of editing you are looking for I guarantee they are bound to have it. 2, downloading and using the presets is literally so easy! They have made the editing process so much easier and quicker! 3, the prices are unbeatable! 4, the customer service is the best! I accidentally ordered the mobile version of the presets and wanted to get the desktop version and I reached out and they quickly got back to me and helped me. I have been struggling on making my own presets and few times met some deadlines as I wasn't satisfied with what I made. Also, I accidentally bought one preset in only mobile, and they sent me the desktop version as a gift for being a valued customer. Best Customer Service!! I have had to email several times with questions on how to install the presets i purchased and I have ALWAYS got a prompt response and they were very helpful!! You can tell they take pride in making sure that their customers are happy and taken care of.
