Dear Joseph an Joel, where to start? to put in few words the intensity of the month of March 2020 it's not an easy task! The opportunity to learn yoga with you in Kerala during these times has been a matter of synchronicity, which has given rise to a valuable experience I am using everyday to swim in the waves of the existence. It has been an additional challenge, as well as a blessing, to go through this learning in this period! Without your disponibility and resolution it wouldn't have been possible to complete it. We come with nothing, we go with nothing, but, in the meanwhile, so much to explore inside ourselves, that it can be definitely overwhealming, as the inner and outer work of yoga can be really effective. I feel so lucky to have been in your school and learned from a real teacher like you the practice. You have the ability to transmit a higher up energy, always with a smile that gives motivation and strenght! Your passion is tangible, your generosity is inspiring. Joseph is a great teacher of traditional yoga. He has a broad experience and I always felt safe doing yoga with him though it was an advanced level of practice. I was excited what progress I’ve got just with 20 days. Strongly recommend come to Joseph and try!
