No nonsense fast helpful efficient service with a great work ethic

From start to finish the transaction was smooth. Easy to place the order, we were contacted to say our sofa was ready for delivery two weeks before we were told it'd be due. The fabric we wanted for scatter cushions was unavailable so we'd be provided with same fabric as the sofa until they were available. On the day of delivery were were telephoned to advise of our delivery window (between 10am-1pm), and the delivery arrived at 9.55am! The chaps delivering were very friendly and helpful and informed us the cushion fabric had arrived so we had extra cushion covers as a bonus anyway! They told us were the feet for the sofa were etc. Really friendly gents. I would recommend to anyone, every step of the way we were kept informed by friendly, helpful staff. Excellent job well done, thank you!

We went in with ideas of what we were looking for, then speaking to Paul he helped us make a choice that suited us, no pressure talk just understanding of what we required and to our budget, made to feel at ease, would recommend having a chat to these guys before trying elsewhere

Good range of furniture on display, competitively priced, however do not deliver orders on time, 1st order was over a month late and my 2nd order was cancelled after almost five months!!

Shane was a complete star. There was no pressure. We were able to take our time. Coffee was yummy. Think we tried nearly every seat in the store. Finally we settled on a sofa and two chairs to get home and realise we couldn't fit it all in. I phoned the store straight away and we were able to go in the next day to change the order. I would give more stars if I could.

Great find Solent Beds & Furniture are the nicest easy going people I have had the pleasure of shopping with, very helpful but not pushy, highly recommend and will be shopping here again.
