Good customer service

The bed came with a fault and they ordered us another part (albeit ordering the wrong part to begin with) but it was all sorted and the nice man in customer services kept us informed every step of the way. Beautiful bed for the price. They even offered to come and for the part but we did it ourselves.

Don't buy.

I was buying a 2,221.00 sofa, in witch, i had to cancel, cos me and my husband are splitting up, i payed 445.00 deposit, to be told i will lose my deposit, as the sofa was being made, And was going to be shipped out to me, i live on the isle of wight, funny, cos when i checked the tracking on my sofa, still at there factory,not made up yet. Plus it was not going to be here at the end of May, June this year 2023. I already brought a Tempur mattress from them, in witch cost me near 2 thousand pounds, and very happy with it. But with the sofa i cancel, you can't tell me, they can not sale it. They are making loads of money out of people, if you want to cancel there items, i will be taken this further Not leaving it. As 445.00 is a lot of money to lose, i am very angry. Mrs J Dowie.

Bought a 2 and 3 seat electric…

Bought a 2 and 3 seat electric recliner. One of the seats was flat from the start. They came out and fixed it right away. Told them that the other seats seem to be doing the same thing. I was told they will fix one more seat at a cost of £200+. The furniture was 10 months old then but I was told it is wear and tear as it is coming on a year. It is a year now and I am looking for new furniture soon. £2500 for a years use is not good in my opinion. I will never buy from here again. I went into the shop a month ago asking if they are going to do anything and was told the manager will contact me. I have heard nothing from them so this is why I am putting this review on. My advice is STAY CLEAR of this company. It was bought from the Newport, Isle of Wight shop but they have other shops around the Island. Hope this helps someone.

Faulty but sorted!

We had a suite delivered but after moving one of the sofas a month later we noticed a problem. Solent beds sent someone out straight away. They then sent an assessor. It was confirmed the sofa was definitely broken. Rather than wait for it to be repaired Solent asked if we would accept a new one. We did accept this and also asked if e could upgrade to an electric recliner. Nothing was too much trouble. Jamie contacted us regularly to jerp us up to date on production. I cannot fault them!
