I am very disappointed because my delivery has not arrived on the scheduled day. I contacted customer service and I was informed about the issue. Next day my late package arrived, the box was teared and the food was spilled everywhere in the inside. Also it was not cold anymore so I had to throw everything away.. such a waste..I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because after letting the customer service know the issue was handled professionally and I was given tokens as a compensation. If the food tastes good and arrives on time tomorrow i will give a higher rating. Update: unfortunately I dont like the food. Its bland, plain and repetitive. Protein content is pumped up with cheap edamame beans. In these few days I consumed more soy than a commercial livestock. (Im not vegan) Uneven protein content distribution during the day. For example I hardly got any protein during the day and I had an 80g protein dinner. I never received meals like the ones I see on the website.

I have been using FFF for about 6 months and have just hit my weight goal of losing 8kg! Not only that but I also feel the best I've felt in years because feeling less lethargic/bloated, sleeping better, and feeling mentally very well. It turns out eating the right foods and having a balanced diet has a range of positive effects... It is worth the investment in my opinion and there are many ways to reduce the price, like ordering a longer plan, getting a discount, and referring friends. The support team are also very helpful when it comes to figuring out the best price, and resolving any minor issues when they come up! Could not recommend more!

I had never tried this type of service before and perhaps had different expectations. The food wasn't bad but everything was way below average... For example the rice was completely overcooked, the waffle was hard enough to taste old and the various foods were mixed together. The addition of sauces seemed a justification for tasteless dishes, but perhaps a more thorough search for spices was enough to bring more flavour. Some dishes were good, like the chicken, meatballs and meat in general... but this is not enough to leave a positive review.I tried it because I was curious to have a go at this service, but for the money spent it is really not worth it. The delivery was always on time and the portions were large but all tasteless.

Food was awful,actually had to throw some of the meals away as they were so bad. Also got misled and ripped off, false advertising. Said 5 day trial and only got 3 days of meals. Don't recommend, would never order again!

Great taste - is expensive but I value the quality and the convenience.

This is really the best ready-meal everyday delivery I've used for a long time. Fresh, creative and just great.

Website crashed during order Order has not arrived as expected

I used to spend hours every week prepping my meals, but now I just place my order and the food shows up at my door. It's a huge time-saver, and it's made my life so much easier. Overall, I can't recommend FFF enough. The food is top-notch and clearly very healthy + nutritious, the service is amazing, and it's helped me make serious progress in the gym.
