Best customer support! Had to contact them a few times to adjust my plan, and they make it easier and take in consideration all your dietary requirements. Absolutely the best food delivery company I have tried.

Great flavours, high protein vegan options, healthy and big portion sizes that keep you full even when on a weight loss meal plan. Customer service is quick and good, I also really like the reusable bag that the food is delivered in to reduce packaging and waste as much as possible. I've been super impressed with the first 2 weeks of deliveries, having tried similar services before and can say this has exceeded expectations based on previous experiences.

This is by far the best meal prep service I have ever used. I am consistently meeting my weight loss goals without feeling hungry and without getting bored. The variety and quality of the meals is exceptional and the delivery is always on time. It’s on the more pricey end of the scale but I view it as an investment in my health and wellness.
