Using FFF has been a great experience - it has really helped me to reach my weight loss & fitness goals without obsessing about counting calories. Great variety of recipes. Easy to personalise according to nutrition goals, allergies etc. Lovely customer service. Smooth delivery. I really appreciate that I can exclude some ingredients, this is an amazing feature.

The first week was really good. Tasty and varied food. The second week there were a few mistakes; sending chicken as part of a vegan package, and an excluded food twice. The third week and it’s getting sloppy. The same exact dish sent for lunch and dinner and emails are not responded to. Don’t think I will continue, unfortunately, despite a promising start. It’s expensive for what it is so I would have hoped for closer attention to customer service.

Very good quality

Really good range of food and whilst seems expensive at first it works out very economical the more you order. Also you have to take into account the benefit of no food shopping or cooking time. I am using this company as a weight loss tool.

I would recommend this service as the meals are healthy and filling and the delivery is reliable. I found myself looking forward to the meals and I never felt really hungry. I lost 1.5 kg in the first week. However, the website just doesn’t work. All I get is error messages when I try to do anything via the website. That is the reason I have to give it 4 stars instead of 5. Despite the non functioning website, they are actually pretty responsive if you email them directly. It’s a shame to have a good product but then not have the support to back it up.

This is one of the best things I have done recently! The service is incredible! Delivered to my door daily to make life that bit easier. The food is absolutely delicious, I have been doing it for the last 3 weeks and had a different meal each time! All of them have been so tasty, yet helping me achieve my goals. I have felt more energised, not needed to snack and also lost weight. I cannot recommend them enough! Whatever your goal is they will be able to help you get to where you thought wasn't possible!
