I’ve ordered a model which haven’t been fully checked and had missing parts also outer box, which can be displayed too was slightly damaged. The shop has taken full responsibility and got a full refund plus could keep the car for parts or so. Saved me the hassle with going out my way to send it back or even paying for a postage label. It has been the case multiple times in my experience but not with these guys. Many thanks again 🙏🏻
