Over and above customer service received from Ceci at Rockett St George. I was interested in an item (a throw) that unfortunately I could no longer see on their website so sent an email asking if it was likely to come back on. I received a quick response from Ceci informing it me it had been discontinued, but she would liaise with her colleagues in case one was returned. I sent an email to thank her. I received another email a couple of days later from Ceci saying she was still on the case. She then telephoned me a couple of days later to say she had found one!!! Amazing service 🤩 I paid for it over the telephone and it was delivered a few days later…also I couldn’t have been more pleased with throw, it’s beautiful 😍 Rockett St George products are brilliant and so is their customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
