Great service and purchases as described

I’ve recently moved house, so have been very careful to check and recheck my postal address when ordering things. In this case, RSG uses Shopify, and when my payment processed the delivery address defaulted to my old address through the Shop app, despite me inputting my correct address (which is now only showing as the billing address). I’ve used the shop app once maybe 3 years ago with another retailer. Very frustrating miscommunication between these two systems and no way to cancel the order, so I guess a complete stranger is getting a nice gift on me now. Won’t use again unless this changes.
