I was gifted a £50 voucher for my 30th birthday last year and waited for the release of RSG's 2024 Christmas stock having recently purchased my first home. Having gone to place a sizeable order, I realised my voucher has expired and, despite having contacted customer services to explain my mistake, I've been offered 50% of the value and a total of 3 days to spend it. You will note that below, another customer was offered an 30 day extension for the full amount. Whilst I appreciate the terms and conditions of gift voucher purchases, it feels very unfair. I have asked that the amount be donated to charity although, again, I have 4 days to pass this on and someone to spend it.

Prompt delivery,packaged well. Unfortunately for me the cushions were overpriced and not great quality. They were not full to the corners despite fluffing them out and the cushion pad made a noise when leant on/shook because of the material. For £40 per cushion I expected them to be better so I returned.

Although when it arrived it wasn't the item I ordered. when I contacted Rockett St. George their team instantly swung into action to remedy it . It was an honest mistake and they were superb in their dismay and prompt acton on the issue. In my experience this is depressingly rare.. Add to this their funky original designer products and competitive pricing, this is a company well worth checking out.
