We have been waiting patiently for our Ghost chairs to arrive (confirmed approx. dispatch 25th October). Nothing has arrived as of today. Sent a message to the help team first thing Monday morning (08.11.2021) still haven't had a reply. You've had our money in the bank since mid-September. Ideally, we'd love to know when we'll get the cheers or even better a bit of communication!! Yes, we've been to the website login and tried that but its never updated!!
