When I first ordered my tires for my eBike, I accidently ordered the wrong ones, I was a bit upset with myself for not paying better attention, I called cust service and Freya responded to me via email. Freya was great, she typed perfect english and was extremely appologetic and genuinley concerned. She noted right off the back, that I ordered the 20x4 tire, and I needed 26x4. Freya was great and got me through the order and sent it out the very next day, to me, she delivered stellar customer service, she knew it was, "the Customers Fault" but she never made me fill bad about it, she was spot on and performed great. If you have a problem, I hope you get Freya, she is one great employee in my eyes. Now, it's time to ride, befor the snow comes...

Himiway bike are a great brand. The bikes are top notch and reliable. Customer service is also great. I've had no major issues with my bike, but the one issue that I did encounter was handled quickly and fairly. I highly recommend Himiway bikes. I had mine over 4 years and have 4792 miles on it. I've have been satisfied and have been happy with the bike.

My brother in law, has 2 himiway e bikes. Let me ride them, I really enjoyed them. Ordered D3 st. Great bike, & got several accessories. We live on a gravel road, 1/4 mile from the bike trail, the fat tires handle rough roads Great. Easy set up right out of the box.

I wish I could give it 5 stars, but the bike was damaged during shipping and it took over 6 weeks to get it resolved. I bought this e-bike for my wife and she loves riding it, although the torque sensor sometimes stops working, which is odd.

Second time purchasing on himiwaybike.com. My first purchase was a Himiway Cruiser ebike and my second purchase was a part for my bike after damaging my bike on a fall. So far I'm happy with my products and the company which has been really good in helping me with my needs

Both me and my wife have been thinking of buying a ebike as we are now both in our seventies and now Need a little help up the hills and poorly maintained roads in the UK. We chose Himaway as they looked OK and robustly made and reasonably priced. We purchased mine first (Cruiser) and then the wifes(Cruiser Step through) both arrived with minimal items to complete the finished bike, and looked great.

I have had some repair issues and Himiway has been very responsive to my requests and emails communications to provide troubleshooting and parts if needed. I have seen the nightmare review of other bike companies so I feel Himiway is a step above the others for sure.
