When the fitter arrived he had the wrong blinds! I was rather cross because you had wanted to fit them the previous week so you had them in your showroom by them and they obviously weren’t checked to see they were mine! I was having redecoration done then so wanted the room finished because visitors coming today. Very disappointed I’m afraid

We'd just about given up looking for fitted blinds for our bay windows and online providers proved no easier. We called into Broadview by chance and asked for a rough quote. Surprised at how much cheaper they were, we asked for a written quote which was even cheaper and had the blinds fitted 2 weeks later on the day we agreed. The shop could not have been more helpful and their fitter was polite and tidy. Good old fashioned service, great price, I would highly recommend them.

After a recommendation we asked Broadview to make and fit our ceiling blinds in our large conservatory. Fitting day arrived but the manufacturer only provided 10 of the 20 motors required. Therefore only half the blinds could be fitted. When the team arrived they discovered that one of the blinds was manufactured wrongly and it didn’t fit and had to be returned. Once the new blind was made the team returned as soon as they could to fit the remaining blinds and they are now in situ and working well. The fitting team was excellent. Knowledgeable and very efficient. They were very helpful and worked extremely hard when they were in the house. The Broadview office team worked to ensure that our expectations were met and got things moving as quickly as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
