12 month paid PS Essential access. 3 times lost access as it logs off by itself and a new login is required, login Credentials not working and a QR code approve needed. Every time need to contact support and lose at least 1 h of describing the issue although I alrrqdy reached out on previous occasions wit identical issue. Seems even could be an issue in communication part as their primary language isn't English. Service unpleasant, sorry to say as at last support request I was even accused that I logged off by myself from the account. My advice, look for discounts for your regular psn primary account. 2 stars only cause it so so worked for 6 months.

You wont get a key from these guys
The product page doesn't mention anything about the product being an account until you scroll down to the details. Why would I do that when buying a PS Plus subscription? Its always just a key. They purposely leave out that info in the main section above the fold. Only once you contact support is there an automated message with "I have received an account instead of a code, can I get a refund?" which shows that its a very common thing people complain about yet they still don't do anything above the fold to show you.

They trick you in buying a code, but in the end they send you an account. This can't be within Sony's policy and reeks of a scam.
