Ordered a Flymo connector that did not arrive, I contacted Mr. Radford via email. and received a replacement the next day, Today some 18days later the original one was delivered, out of courtesy I spoke to Mr. Radford on the phone and was advised to retain the item in question. I for one can not praise this company highly enough, and I feel that if the slightest things that go wrong this company will endeavor to sort it out. To all at Radford Electrical Thank you
