They are simply a scam I ordered their ladder bar on Dec 14, 2023. They promised to deliver it before Christmas. After Christmas, I have been calling them weekly to check the order status. Their answer is always the same: 'We handed over your order to the shipping company, please expect delivery in 2-3 days. No, unfortunately, I do not have a tracking number. Bye' After 1.5 months of this 'we will deliver tomorrow' reply, I asked for a refund, which they promised to issue. Guess what - they did not, of course. It is another trick to win some time. Now I am disputing their charge through AMEX, which will likely take another 4-8 weeks.
