Made to measure blinds (Zebra)

Firstly, the over-frame brackets wouldn't fit my door (there was no information on the website about a maximum width either). Secondly, the adhesive stickers sent with the kit (alternative option to the over-frame fixings) are not strong enough to hold the blind so they kept falling off. Finally, after contacting the seller I was told that there wasn't really anything they could do and suggested I find something myself. Which I have.

The blinds arrived without any instructions and with tiny little plastic parts that did not fit my window. The website did not make it clear that the blinds could not be attached directly to the window or the frame. The pictures of the product showed no need for any need for brackets, nor was it mentioned in the product details in their website. However, I noticed that they have now added a section on brackets on their - likely as a result of my complaint. The customer service was appalling. I refused to speak to a manager as I was told none of them spoke English. They offered to send some additional parts that were not guaranteed to work, but insisted I pay the postage from Poland to the UK.

Great customer service blinds are lovely & so easy to install I have no drill roller blinds & slated blinds all perfect definitely highly recommend

The fittings are not of the best quality otherwise it’s good hence 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Product as described, good delivery communication. No issues. Sound Polish company. We purchased Pleated blinds that move up and down on thin cord, easy to install and looks great.
