Great appliance, great delivery & very reasonable delivery charge.

Lost my order, not delivered!

Very reasonably priced item ordered from them. However on the day they stated it would be available for collection, it was'nt. Fortunately a very kindly employer from the shop offered to take me to the warehouse where it was stored nearby, enabling me to take my new microwave home.

Communication with Harry was so helpful, and it was Harry that delivered my purchase. It is not in installed yet but the sales and delivery service was excellent

Very competitive price. Order placement was straight forward and delivery was within the 2-4 weeks quoted, however communication relating to the actual delivery date could have been better.

I placed an order for an AEG ducting kit but I had to cancel it immediately. They promptly acted and refunded the order. All is well.

The appliance was delivered on time and in good order. Communication by phone was unsuccessful but emails received a prompt reply. I am still awaiting details for the 5 year guarantee.
