Such a good Gazebo and even better customer service from very helpful lady after the low grade delivery company managed to split our order into 3 different loads which did not all arrive together and part of the load was returned to depot as address not found having delivered part of it. Phoned customer service and the very helpful lady was right on her game and so polite and helpful. Got the problem sorted and phoned us back as she said she would within 10 minutes to tell us we would get a special delivery the next day and massively apologised for the poor service from the delivery company they use. Have used the Gazebo so much already, even during unpleasant weather and can now put it up with two of us in less than 5 minutes. Just so easy and also strong when weighted and guyed down properly. We recommend 5* Gazebo and 6* customer service.

Superb gazebo, this is my 3rd in 11 years and they have all been excellent for stability and water resistance, I have weights on each leg and 4 support ropes on each corner and can leave the gazebo up for at least 8 months of the year. Highly recommended

Great gazebo and after the initial set up which took some time due to inexperience easy to take store in winter and then put up. Very sturdy but do weigh down the struts to avoid excessive movement. Well built and we are very pleased with the purchase and the odd additional purchase made from all seasons.

I love this organisation! Superb product and great response. The Gazebo got damaged in a very serious storm and i was able to replace just the needed parts very quickly and reasonably. Same time I ordered the made to fit heater and again it was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. Also got good and helpful arvice from customer service.
