They promised me the moon and stars, and got to work very swiftly and impressively on a weekend, I also had to create a bitcoin wallet, and within day all my money was in this account, when I tried to transfer it to my actual account, the red flags started popping up, and I had to transfer 0.06 BTC into this account to release my funds. I had also explained to them that I don't have any additional funds for this process, I even offer to double their fee's if they can help me get it released. I was simply told it's not about the fee for them, and they will be terminating the process in the next week or so, and I will not be able to get any of my funds unless I transact this amount through the account. So after 'great' service, a huge disappointment and back to square 1!

Don’t trust them

I recently explained my problem to them and they inspected it and promised to help me out. It's hard to believe at first because the recovery process too long and they were asking too many questions. I had a great experience with them, they devoted several of their agents to work on my recovery, off-course it wasn't an easy or straight forward process, but after 3 weeks of patiently waiting for success, they were able to refund my money back into my bank account. Great service i would say because i didnt wait in vain.

Got scammed of BTC 3.3774518 and turned to them for help. It was all encouraging and hopeful until I was asked create a BTC wallet account on a particular website so that they can transfer the retrieved funds into it. After many failed attempts to send out the BTC from this wallet, I was told to purchase and transfer 0,07 BTC into it in order to enable any transfer out of funds from it. I had also explained my financial situation and fear of being asked to put up money before the recovery even before they took on my case. I also expressed my willingness to pay whatever it takes as long as the funds are recovered into my possession first. They could had even take their cut before handing the rest to me. After 4 weeks of waiting and having my hopes on them everything just came crumbling down real hard…sigh
