So helpful! I've never used SP Services before & contacted them after Googling for a patient transfer board that matched what I had in my head. I had lots of questions about the board & about strap options/lengths. Sithra (who took my call) was friendly and incredibly helpful - even going so far as to measure the straps for me to make sure that they would suit my needs. It was a cheerful, helpful and ultimately very productive phone call. I'm sure I'll be back for future orders in due course!
