Order was confirmed. Two days later I received a e-mail that items are back ordered for 2-4 weeks and that shipping will be 42 pound extra... These guys don’t care about healthcare and provide in all a pretty crappy service.

Great boots. Ordered on Saturday 4th October arrived Monday 6th October. Really comftable, sure I will get good use out of these, we'll impressed for the price.

Excellent products

Very expensive for mediocre quality + the product I received was faulty - a discount was offered, which I never received so had to chase up - customer services had then applied a lesser discount to what had originally been arranged but I had already used the product by then so couldn't return it for a refund. I have only used this folder a handful of times and the velcro fastening has already come unstuck

When an item is out of stock this should be highlighted at the time of purchasing. Sometimes orders are urgent and it's disappointing to find out the next day or two days later items ordered will not be available for nearly a week. This was raised over the phone with a call agent, however they seemed disinterested.

I have bought medical items from SP over a number of years and have always found them well priced and efficiently delivered.
