I ordered a product from SP services.Unfortunately when the product arrived, it was not up to the usual standard that I have come to expect of the company. I emailed them with my concerns and, without hesitation, they sent out a replacement item, which was entirely satisfactory. The little people - the people that contributed to your revenue streams before coronavirus came to town were treated very disappointingly during the rush to get the National Health Service all the hand sanitiser they needed. Pretty understandable their need was great and should take priority, however, to take our money with promises of short lead times that were simply not true with no communication other than we need to get stuff to the NHS when chased has changed my relationship with SP Services forever. I could have got what I needed elsewhere quicker, and so could all the other small people I recommended use you. I will no longer recommend you to anyone.

Ordered a pair of boots less than 48hrs a go and they arrived at lunchtime today.Boots are full leather and a great fit .. look to be very well made. Price was unbelievably low for a decent pair of boots great product, great price, great service

Always good customer service and prompt service. Products are good. Prices have increased slightly since I first started ordering with SP Services but that is to be expected.

SP have grown over the years and many will remember the early days when they were one of the lowest priced suppliers in the UK. With the new warehouse and expansion their prices have crept up and now whilst the service and range is excellent, their pricing is very much premium. They are very much a high street retailer with prices to match, rather than a trade outlet. Most items you can find priced 20% - 30% less elsewhere. But if service is your main concern they go no further. They have a great friendly team.
