I also ordered a T-shirt in July for my sons birthday in August. Didnt receive it. Sent email hoping to receive for Fathers Day. No shirt recd. Emailed again still no response. Wish I had also paid by PayPal which I usually do but was in a hurry. I did get a refund through my bank

Brought a few shirts from this site last year 2023 and there was no problem with shipping, received my parcel in no time!! Decided to order a few jumpers for my dad for his birthday in July and still haven't received them (september), I've tried emailing them a handful of times and get no response. Wishing I ordered on PayPal so I could put in a complaint and try get my money back 😩

This site is a scam. Received saying order received. 4 weeks later - nothing. No response to emails or Facebook message. They don’t even have a phone number

Money taken. NO goods received. Been over month with no reply to emails. SCAM WEB SITE.

Scam Placed order at the beginning of Oct, received confirmation email and then nothing for the following 4 weeks. They ignored all emails, messages and items never got sent. Ended up putting in a dispute with Afterpay to stop paying them any more payments after the first. Afterpay shut it down straight away and refunded which only tells me it’s a scam site. There are no products. I read their returns policy etc and the address they provide doesn’t even exist. There’s like 5 different email addresses. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

20/7/23 Order placed as a birthday gift for someone, 2wk print-time notice showing on website. 10/8/23 3wks passed, no acknowledgement of order since it was placed. Sent an email to query order as two weeks had already passed per the notice on their website 16/8/23 Still no reply or acknowledgement!! Almost a month has passed, they got my money, but I got no product & no customer service AND my friend didn’t get their birthday present!!! I’d give NO stars to these guys if i could! Scam???

Still haven't received an order I placed on 6th June. Initial response time was good and "there was a delay due to stock not being on hand. I will express post Monday" Now no response to last 3 emails... I'm not a review writer as I know how harmful they can be to businesses but rubbish experience.

I used to buy from here when I was in early highschool. At the time I guess the fashion choices were trendy, but they haven't really changed anything up and the style is just super outdated. Plus, the prices have gone up like crazyy. I remember they always use to have sales and you could buy like 2 outfits for under $80. Now you can't even get one fit for that price..
