We ordered and took delivery of a model kit which arrived very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately when we looked at the item we realised that it would not be suitable as a gift for the intended person and decided we would need to return it. With some concern we contacted minimodelshop but our concerned were totally unfounded as the return and refund process were handled with understanding and very speedily. This is a true test of customer service and it was flawless.

Ordered a diecast car as a gift, it arrived within 2 days, unfortunately with a manufacture defect - difficult to see without a close inspection. I called Charlie at Minimodels, really nice guy, he apologised and sent me a free-post returns address....; The other shop stock also had the defect, so I'm currently awaiting a new batch from the manufacturer. I was looking for a specific model car for my fiancé for Christmas, and this was the only place I could find it! The website was super clear about the make and model of the cars, and the free personalized license plate was a bonus. The loyalty program is also wonderful, and I got a nice discount on my purchase. My package arrived even sooner than I expected and the box was well packaged and everything was in good condition.

Bought the diecast model E Type for my 11 year old grandson. He was over the moon with it. I was particularly pleased that the model shop could deliver the present so quickly.
