My medication still hasn’t been shipped since 12/20/23

I paid for my Rx meds on 12/20/23. I called the US number that is given on the website and was told it would be shipped and would receive an email with tracking number. I have NOT received any email or anything. On their website it saids, (Preparing for dispatch) Still?? Wondering..when are they going to finally ship it to me. That medication is Needed.

As a new customer I was a bit apprehensive because of the fact that they are in Canada and I in the USA. After contacting them and getting the explanations I needed, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they do as they said, they delivered the medicines on a timely basis and the cost I needed. I will continue to use them.

I found over 70 years it's helpful when a customer is able to understand the language the representative is speaking. I'm sure a less professional business model is available, but I haven't encountered any to-date. On the positive side, I have told dozens of people of my experiences.

Order from December 7 not yet received.

It has been a month since I ordered two prescriptions, and have not yet received them. It is not Meds Engage’s fault, instead it is the fault of USPS. On tracking I keep getting message “Origin post is preparing shipment”. This has gone on for 19 days now. Perhaps it is time to change your method of shipment. Are your shipments insured?

Horrible delivery and customer service. Update

It has taken over a month for my prescription to be delivered and customer service claims it was due to “holiday delays”. Medsengage claimed that the package was “shipped on Dec 13” but by New Year USPS had not seen it. Will never use them again and would recommend others avoid them too. Update: MedsEngage continues to claim that the medication has "reached the United States and is in transit". The truth is MedsEngage is ASSUMING the medication has arrived as they have no details to substantiate that claim. All tracking shows that the package is still waiting on shipper. It would be helpful if they told the truth.

Best Canadian pharmacy, many reasons

I've done business with several Canadian pharmacies over the years. They were all good, but none of them are as good as MedsEngage. Here are some of the ways MedsEngage stands out: (1) fast shipping (think 3 weeks instead of 6) with accurate tracking and an express-ship option, (2) you can order from different countries (I'm finding Turkey to be the least expensive), (3) customer service like you won't believe (for example, a live person actually calls you sometimes to remind you to refill), (4) hands down best prices, (5) 24 hour reliable chat, and (6) I've never not been impressed by them. Btw, don't make the mistake I made: pay for lifetime free shipping on your first order. I waited so long that when I finally purchased this option, I had paid nearly triple in shipping. Remember, you'll probably be ordering quarterly. Not a big problem though. The low price of the medications easily makes the regular shipping price a non-issue.
