not happy with last script

not happy with last script. You changed the mgs from 40 to 5 and charged the same amount. How am I supposed to get the relief I need when you cut the product to a fifth of what I am use to getting. without any warning. You did not ship me what I ordered...... Very unhappy

The price was good but the service not…

The price was good but the service not so much. I got some emails after placing my order saying they had received my order and that I needed to send them a scan of my check, driver's license, and prescription. I did that but received no confirmation. After a couple days, I created an account and logged in to check my order status. It was listed as "pending". It stayed pending for days. I tried to call but could not get through. Finally, I tried an online chat. I was told it was pending but all was well. I received my order in about two weeks. That was fast, but my order was for 88 pills and I got 60. There was a note about a refill for 28 in April. I do not know what that means. The price quoted was for 88 pills but I got 60. Even at that, the price was better than paying the copay on my insurance. So I am okay with my results but Meds Engage needs to ship the quantity advertised at the price quoted. They could also improve their communications skills.

Paid for my almost three weeks ago

Paid for my almost three weeks ago. Still waiting for delivery. Tracking is not clear on whether item has actually shipped or not (message is "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece"). I have no idea when I will be receiving this purchase and I'm getting inundated with emails asking for my review of this transaction. So be warned, the 7-15 day shipping time must be only for actual shipping, there is no mention of the very prolonged delay in processing the order and payment. When asked WHEN the items was shipped or when it will be here was told that the tracking system is "down". Very handy. I am SO disappointed, I thought I finally found a respectable, honest Canadian pharmacy.

Quick responses. I needed to update my prescription and sent it to them, however, it seems like it was applied to the wrong order (I needed to open a new order, as I could only get a prescription for 2 months). I had to send it again, which isn't a big deal, but as I need the medication soon, it wasted precious days. The other thing that really needs to improve is that they said they sent my order on Monday, now it is Friday and the tracking says that it's still in pre-shipment. However, I have ordered before and believe this is the best online pharmacy I have used and will be ordering again.

I received a notice on 2/28 that my item has shipped, but the tracking number is not yet in the USPS / US Postal Service? why this delay?
