Said price was 10% off and then didnt give me the discount.

Meds are good. Postage and communications need work. Have ordered from Meds Engage before and had issues with being asked for a prescription for an over the counter product. A script wasn't needed so the communication took time. My order was pending for quite a while. I did not rate on Trustpilot as wanted to give this company another chance. My most recent order was for the same product. I had to use live chat on the website to find out what was happening with my order. I used the express postage (expidited shipping for higher cost) due to the delays of the first parcel. This is advertised as 7-12 business days. I ordered my medication on 13th December. It disappointingly arrived a moth later (13th January) despite paying the higher shipping cost. The medications themselves have been legitimate brands that work as needed. I will update this review if service improves.

I placed an order yesterday & was told I would be sent an email in a few hours directing me how to pay for it. I was not sent this email, but was told I was sent an email telling me that I had no refills left. I did not receive that email and only found out about the situation when I called to be instructed on how to pay. However, I DID receive this email asking me to review, which I have.

Why has it been a month since my order was placed--and the order has not yet arrived? Yet, when I use the chat function to inquire about the matter, the only response is "you didn't order trackable shipping" (?). And why are there so many excellent reviews about this company written with the same poor English syntax and dated early January 2020? Who's writing the reviews?

Prescription arrived as ordered in 12 days. Price is a tremendous improvement over both US and Canadian price.
