Normally I would give their service 5/5 but this time a minor error in sending the badges to me rather than my client dropped them a star! The product was the usual top quality, and this is the important bit... You know the quality of a company when things don't always goes according to plan. I cannot fault them for their immediate actions and communications, letting me know what the cause was and what was the best way to provide a solution. This is the reason I use them time and time again.
