I'm a new customer and this was my experience. I'd not ordered from Badges Plus before but when I found them online, I really liked the look of their Coronation pin badges. The price was in budget for us and I went ahead and ordered two designs. I was quickly contacted and informed that one of the badge designs was out of stock. I asked to switch for more of the first design and they arrived the very next day. I was really happy with the customer service. It was personable and friendly. I run an online business myself so I know the dread of having to inform about stock issues. The replies were almost instant and it was sorted out straight away which is all you can ask. I went on to order again and everything went smoothly. I would certainly order from this company again because they seem very respectful and professional. The badges were fantastic. The photos didn't reflect their true quality and once mounted on our own backing cards, they sold out straight away. Our customers gave great feedback. A solid business who care about the service they provide.

The badges I ordered came through on time and were high quality and very reasonably priced. Communicating with the company was less satisfactory as they took a long time to reply on some occasions and I had to email twice to get answers to my queries and confirmation of instructions. However, all my instructions and requests were followed to the letter, so overall I am very satisfied with the service.

I think companies deserve the most praise when things go wrong and they implement plans and actions to resolve the problems. There were minor issues with the production of a batch of rather difficult-to-make badges. The company has implemented a plan to remake the badges and address the problems.
