We contacted badges plus and explained what we were looking for and the staff was helpful. However, it was not explained that the options we were given would be a 4/5 week turn round time and that it would be on a pro forma invoice. Our previous order went through fine with no issues but we were told that because this order was our first one that had to be specially made it required payment up front. It is a little disappointing and I feel that it could have been explained a little clearer when providing us the alternative options.

Unfortunately delivery of the parcel was refused and therefore returned. However, issue was quickly resolved and received days later.

The Badges were returned earlier than first expected which was excellent. The quality was good although it may have been better to have had bolder writing for the names of the Minster Parliament ambassadors.
