We are a returning customer but hadn't ordered for a while. As far as I know we paid timeously the last time we ordered, however, they would not give us credit this time and we had to pay in advance of receiving the items ordered. If I hadn't telephoned to ask where the goods were I would not have known this. Otherwise the product is brilliant and just what we wanted.
