We have installed over 200 of the Mars 30 LED floods on a condo association property here in Colorado! We love these lights. They are bright and can adjust the neck support to angle the head outward or less downward. We are plan to replace all lights on this property with them over the next year!!

Placed an order for the Radar series lights however they were out of stock at the time. Customer Service reached out to me to advise and suggested a reasonable deal for the Hero series. They promptly shipped my order out. Had to pay the credit card exchange rate, however no other fees were invoiced for shipping, border clearance etc. Actually shipped from a warehouse out of Mississauga. I have not hung the lights as have not had the time yet. Very pleased with my experience and looking forward to installing lights soon.

High quality product, arrived as expected, and I was blown away by the customer support experience! I placed a large order online and shortly after saw the product I’d ordered go on sale. I reached out to customer support to ask if they would be willing to honor the new price even though my order had already been placed. Someone reached out within hours to offer me a refund for the price difference, a savings of over $100! They could have declined or forced me to place a new order and return the old one but they were so kind and willing to help.
