This is my second Hyperlite order in 90 days. Thus order was a 300W light and an accessory kit. I received two 150W lights and no accessory kit. The lights I received are missing the two quick-lock bolts and daisy-chain cord that are included in the 300W package. So once again, I did not receive the complete package that I ordered. The accessory kit was to combine my 600W & 300W into one 900W system. This item still has not shipped and I was not given any ETA. When I ordered the 600W system, it took four weeks and a bunch of emails to get all the accessories that were supposed to be included in the package. Hyperlite Sales and Service you should advise your customers BEFORE they purchase your products that: Two 150W packages don't make a 300W package and two 300W packages do not make a 600W package without the additional accessories. The additional accessories will not be shipped unless you ask for them. If a customer orders a multi-panel configuration, that is what they should receive. It should include all the accessories. I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. Hyperlite why do you do this to your customers? This is frustrating and a waste of time and money! WARNING TO POTENTIAL US CUSTOMERS: If you want a multi-panel light from this company, expect missing items, delays and excuses!!!!! Quality control is nonexistent.

Lights work well for my shop. The shipping was quick and so far they are working well, no flickering or dead LEDs.

I have purchased many times, i have many different lights from Hyperlite LED and i love them all.

The product itself is working properly and emulates a lot light on parking lot, but it took over 6 weeks to get the product. I had to call and email multiple times to finally get an answer on product delivery.

So my only complaint would be how you ship the packages and how each fixture is it’s own package. Sometimes we order dozens of fixtures and they all ship one at a time. Would be much better if you order a certain amount they would come on a pallet.

Purchased 6 of the 150w Black Hero High bays for my 30x50x12 shop and they are great! Super bright and I got dimmers to turn them down when not working.

Great quality. Lights are very bright.
