Ordering was quick and return wasn’t difficult

I purchased 14 of the linear high bay for my 30x60x12 pole barn. The lights exceeded expectations. Love the adjustability of the brightness and selectable from 4k to 5k. I put them on dimmer switches. They are super bight on lowest setting! I put my lights in rows of three. I put them on three separate dimmers. So if I don’t want so much light I can turn on one set of lights only. I like it that way.

I ordered 8 lights on 11/6/24, website states 2-7 day shipping to locations in USA. Have emailed several times asking for an update, and no response. Finally was able to speak to someone on the customer service line, and was told that "We're busy, so we haven't shipped it yet." Then was told that was scheduled for pickup that day. Still no update on shipping. Second issue, my total order on my receipt was $369.98, but my credit card was charged $363.58. When I asked about the discrepency, was told that my bank was the one that charged additional fees due to it being an "International order" According to my bank, the $363.58 is what they charged and doesn't show anything about this being an international order. The website makes everything seem that this is a US based website and orders. Nowhere does it say anything about having to pay echange rates or international fees.

Great products and fantastic customer service

I put 18 100 watt UFO lights in a 36'x56'x14' pole barn. The light is excellent, 6 of the lights ahowed up very quickly and the other 12 came a couple days later. Time will tell on the longevity of the lights, but so far I am satisfied.
