After waiting weeks for my blinds to arrive i finally got an answer that one size i wanted wasn’t available so i figured out how to solve it after four phone call to customer service asking them to call me (they never returned the calls) i finally got to talk with Fred He was no help at all all he could say was he understood but he was not authorized to solve the problem he wanted me to send an email i didn’t want to do that because they claimed they sent emails that i never recieved so he wanted me to text i told him i wanted to speak to someone who had authority to answer my questions i followed he directions and sent them a text of my needs i got an email back can canceling my entire order that i had been waiting to receive i have asked them for a copy of that transaction and still do not have one Great response! Beware!!!
