Having purchased our caravan we had a few teething troubles that where resolved by Emma Maud and the team in a timely, efficient and professional manner. I was looking for a rear hi level brake light for my swift caravan and found this company, am I glad I did the customer service was brilliant from start to finish, sadly the light wasn't the right one but they had the one I needed, and he sorted this all out of office hours, this was received within 2 days and was so well packaged there was little chance of it being damaged and I was also given a very competitive price, I 100% would would have no worries of recommending this company and I will certainly be using them again!

Ok, so there was an issue with our Swift caravan we bought from YC Bawtry. This was dealt with in a first class and professional manner, Emma(warranty services) is an absolute star always goes the extra mile, with a smile, I can’t bestow enough praise and appreciate her help.

This relates to the Aftercare/Warranty service provided by YC. We had a few irritating issues with our brand new caravan which have been dealt with efficiently and promptly by the team at YC. We have to say a special thankyou to Emma for her excellent customer care - well done.
