The help is amazing! Guardian Litigation Group staff have been so helpful and supportive. I was initially very anxious about the plan and program, but I'm pleased about how far it has progressed in managing my debt in such a short time, and it's all due to Guardian! They have made the process effortless for me. I highly recommend it!!

I signed up in April and was told not to pay any of the accounts they were taking over. I didn't want to ruin my halfway decent credit score so I tried to maintain the accounts PLUS pay Guardian. As of October, they had not settled any of my accounts and my credit score was in the dumps. In the meantime, I was flat broke with no money to buy food. It was doing more damage than good, plus I couldn't eat. Be very careful if you sign up for this program, there are alot of things they don't tell you. When I called to cancel, they tried very hard to keep me from doing so. I had to get very disrespectful to the CSR before they would do anything. I am waiting on my check from my "savings" account with them. There has to be an easier way. I would never use a service like this again.

Well from what they've been telling me they've taken care of two out of the three creditors that I needed them to deal with plus I haven't even been with them for a year how can I not be happy

So far so good. Must have patience because the process takes awhile. Staff is friendly but often hard to understand. Not sure if it is a communication issue on my part or just the way things are explained or the fact that I speak to a different person every time. A plus they try every avenue available to contact me when there is an offer. I shut my phone off due to number of calls coming in.
