Very poor customer service
When I first signed up for this service I was told by the person signing me up that she would be my case manager and would be my contact point if I needed anything. There were things that needed adjusted in my case, and still do. I was given a number to text even, and told that would go to her (my case manager). Since the beginning of June I have been on the phone with Guardian at least a half dozen times, and still have not spoken to the one who said she was my case manager. I don't think I have ever spoken to the same person twice, in fact. Most of the time you are speaking with someone who knows absolutely nothing about your case and have to start from scratch every time. This is by far the worst service I have ever received.
