They moved very quick , first one settled under 30 days , true to there word ,

They are working it out. Slowly but surely debt is being worked out.

They keep me informed n answer most questions. However, I must have Mi's-understood the process. I thought you would deposite the money into my bank n I could pay them all off at once. THEN, make payments to your company, withdrawals from my bank monthly to repay you. I didn't know it would take so long to do this, Monthly, and drag on. 😢

Great process overall but I would love if the settlements were faster then they are but I know they have to process this as such because they can charge there fees.

I think they did a pretty good job. The only problem I have is when the representative contacts me on the phone, the accents makes it difficult to understand the conversation.

My expectations were met.

The representative speaks slowly and clearly when we speak on the phone. I have referred two of my friends to Guardian as well. Thank you.
