This was the second robe I have purchased from Monarch Cypress and I love it! However, my package was shipped to an incorrect address where new people were moving in that day. Fortunately they saw my phone number on the shipping label and called me. I am unable to walk any distance so my husband had to go pick the package up at the incorrect address.
