Why in the world would you ship by USPS? I still have not received my order. It took them three days to move the product from one hub to the other.

So far I have tried several of your products. Your shipping times are amazing +++++ Some of your products work better, for me, than others. I don't smoke so I stick with the gummies. I get relief from my aches and pains with a bonus. The ones I have tried taste great with no after taste.

Decent products but terrible shipping. I don’t know if there’s a threshold amount of money you need to spend in order to be offered the choice to use UPS instead of the enterally awful USPS. I wish they would tell people before they finalize the purchase which carrier will handle the shipping. I placed an order a week ago and USPS has been play hot potato with my package for several days now. It arrived in my city three days ago but then was taken out of the state and sent further west to Minnesota. I called USPS and they couldn’t explain anything or help me. They said I just had to play the waiting game. The tracking doesn’t even show an expected delivery date anymore since it missed the original delivery date three days. I’ve always had issues with USPS but this is the absolute worst. I might not ever receive my package at this point. USPS is cheap for a reason! Please allow people to choose the carrier before they purchase, if UPS or FedEX was available as an option, I would be willing to pay more for a reliable shipping service.

Didn’t have the product I ordered but communicated other options and even provided free products as a comp.
