Good advice but letting you take the decisions. Transparant in costs and the way they work. Accurate and timely respons. We live abroad, so we had to look for somebody who could sell our house and take care of all the details. Our goal was a reasonable price and above all a smooth procedure. Town & Country was a big help in this.

Having been let down several times trying to sell our property the conventional way, we decided to auction it. We accepted a pre auction bid within days of it being advertised and completed in a fraction of the time of a conventional sale. Wish we had tried it earlier!
