I ordered two led strips with a connecting lead. The lead supplied was wrong although I had to send pix to convince you. Help desk could give no indication of when correct part would arrive into you stock, if ever. You didn't offer to chase it up and contact me when it arrived. Instead you requested me to send the incorrect part back for a refund. So I now have to send it back and reorder from another supplier who will charge for delivery.
