Ordered 8 bottles of Prosecco, found them for the best price at this website. Only 6 were delivered but customer service were excellent at responding quickly and refunding the 2 bottles that were missing. I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered two bottles of Septima Malbec…

I ordered two bottles of Septima Malbec 2008(total £33.98) from Cellier via Amazon. Cellier sent vintage 2019(total19.98) instead. When I received the wine and emailed them to question this I was informed the 2008 vintage was not available and so, without asking me first, they had sent the 2019 vintage instead. When I complained it was not the wine I ordered and requested a refund of £14 which was the difference owing to me, they instead offered a refund of only ten per cent of the original cost ( 3.98). When I challenged them on this Cellier suggested the wine be returned but it had already been given as a birthday gift. I contacted Amazon who intervened on my behalf and immediately refunded £15.98 as a gesture of good will. Very poor customer service from Cellier who made no attempt to contact me with a sincere apology or offer an acceptable solution.
