Tried to place an order. Spoke to customer service team explaining I couldn't navigate the website and required some assistance to complete the order. No assistance offered whatsoever. Pointless having a CS team if they are not helping customers complete orders.

Initially I was told that the tank that I bought was not available in the colour that I chose, and I thought, "you know what, it is okay, I will take another colour". I looked online at the other colours, made a choice, and when I opened the package the design of the tank was completely different and the colour was different too. They forwarded the wrong item, evidently on purpose, and failed several times to communicate with me on the wrong item that they send to me and to resolve it by sending the correct item of at least of a colour that is professional enough to take outside of the house. I am afraid that the "sale" comes with a compromise, you do not know what you will get, and all communication is not followed up. Shame that they are unreliable as a business. Avoid to be safe, there are many others who are better professionals.

Very good company to deal with, fast delivery. Started using them in the first lockdown, since then I never had any issue.

Even tho I love this company this time it won't be a 5 star review since 1 of the parts I ordered was a "coil master fused Clapton brebuilt coils which should be at 0.45 ohms but turn out its a 0.7 meaning it runs at 0.45 ohms when using dual. If that is how it's supposed to be, please review or description and make sure the buyer is informed what he's actually buying and not fake description
